These private sessions are held in the safety and comfort of a swimming pool, under the guidance of a certified PADI professional. No previous diving experience needed – just a sense of adventure!

What to Know:

• Minimum age: 10 years old
• No previous experience required
• You must be in reasonably good health (ask us for the PADI medical form if you’re unsure)
• If any health questions are answered “Yes,” you’ll need a GP’s signature before participating

How It Works:

Your session starts poolside with a fun intro to diving and a rundown of your gear. Then it’s into the water to practice breathing on the surface and exploring the shallow end. Feeling confident? You might even take a dip into the deep end – all under close supervision from your PADI instructor and Dive Club NI Dive Team.
