Many people believe that tropical destinations offer more than what is available locally. In some ways, they are right. However, with hundreds of wrecks and reefs along the coast of Northern Ireland, if you truly enjoy diving and have a limited budget, our Discover Local Diving sessions are perfect for you.
The PADI discover local diving programme is a professionally supervised underwater tour by a member of our dive team, designed to orientate certified divers to unfamiliar aquatic conditions and environments. It may also be used to re-introduce divers to the open water environment after a period of diving inactivity via refresher and reactivate courses.
You may choose to discover new aspects of a dive site close to home to gain confidence and experience.
Additionally, guidance from one of our PADI Diving Instructors or Dive Masters allows participants to explore different underwater environments.
If you have been inactive lately, the PADI Scuba Review programme combined with Discover Local Diving is what you need.
