What You’ll Learn
Night Diver Speciality
During this course you’ll complete three open water night dives under the guidance of a PADI-certified instructor. You’ll gain skills in planning and organising night dives, safety procedures, hazards, and best practices.
Key topics include buoyancy and navigation techniques to improve control and maintain orientation in the dark. You’ll also learn dive light and buddy system use, improving communication and how to manage equipment.
Emergency procedures cover potential challenges such as disorientation. You’ll identify nocturnal marine life and understand which creatures appear after dark.
Course Requirements
- Minimum Certification: Junior Open Water Diver or equivalent.
- Minimum Age: 12 years old.
- Dives: 3 open water dives.
